If your subscription expires, here's what happens to your links and data:
- First 5 Days After Expiration:
- Analytics are still available for the past month as if the subscription had been paid.
- New link creation is limited to the free plan features (120 links, 1,500 trackable clicks).
- You can still view analytics in full depth as long as it's within the past month.
- After the First 5 Days:
- You are limited to the free plan limits for link creation, click tracking, and analytics visibility.
- The free plan allows a maximum of 120 links, 1,500 trackable clicks per month, and analytics visibility for just 1 month of data.
- Any links or clicks beyond this limit are no longer tracked or available.
- After 1 Month Without Payment:
- All your links and data will be deleted, but you have one month (from the date of subscription expiration) to export them (CSV format).
- You can continue to access your links for redirection, but no new analytics data will be collected or displayed, except for the most recent month's activity.
- Tracking and Analytics Restrictions:
- For the first 5 days of expired payment, you can still view analytics as if you had paid.
- After the 5 days, you'll only see data for the past month, and older analytics will no longer be available unless exported.
- Company Users:
- Limits on links and clicks apply to all users within your company. If one user exceeds limits, others will be restricted.
- After one month of non-payment, all company user data is deleted.
- Collections:
- Collections will be inactive from the 6th to the 31st day post-expiration.
- After 1 month of no payment, all collections and their data will be removed.
Important: Despite the expiration, your links will still redirect to the destinations, but no new analytics will be collected beyond the limits or after the first 5 days post-expiration.
Suppose, I have a paid subscription and use the platform to manage multiple links and track their performance. My subscription expired on December 1st, and I didn’t renew it.Here's what happens to my account:- From December 1st to December 5th (First 5 Days After Expiration):
- I can still view full analytics for all my links as if I had paid for the previous month.
- I can create new links, but they will be limited to the free plan limits (120 links and 1,500 trackable clicks).
- From December 6th to December 31st (After 5 Days Expired):
- I am now limited to only 120 links and 1,500 trackable clicks for the rest of the month.
- I can view analytics, but only for the last month activity, not for past data.
- My collections are inactive, meaning I cannot edit or use them.
- After January 1st (1 Month After Expiration):
- All my links and analytics data will be permanently deleted from the platform.
- I will no longer be able to access my previous data unless I exported it earlier.
- My links will continue to redirect, but no new analytics will be collected.
