Why do I see an error message when trying to log in?

There are several reasons why you might see an error message when trying to log in to Slimlink:

  • Incorrect Credentials: The email address or password you entered may not match what’s on file. Double-check for typos or case sensitivity in your password. Note that only your account primary email address can be used for signing in, even if you have added and verified other email addresses.   • Forgotten Password: If you’ve forgotten your password, the system won’t recognize your login attempt. You can reset your password using the Forgot your password? option. Check out What happens if I forget my password? for more details.
  • Third-Party Login Issues: If you’re using a service like Google to log in, there might be issues with your linked account or permissions.
